The Hunsaker SuperHeros Every year I take the girls to Kiddie Kandids for pictures in their Halloween Costumes. It's a LONG day! It starts with me convincing the girls to wear their costumes. Isabelle is a little picky about how her clothes "feel". She has never liked costumes, so it takes a lot of convincing from me. Next, we do girl hair- washing, drying, styling, curling, and spraying. LOTS of work to get LOTS of curls. Then comes the loading into the car, buckling carseats, and me yelling hurry, hurry, hurry. At the mall, I unload the stroller, three little girls, snacks, sippy cups, and costumes and rush inside to make our appointment time- only to discover they are running behind, so we WAIT. The girls start complaining, the hair starts flattening, and I start sweating. Then I get to dance, jump, & make a fool of myself to try to get the girls to smile and sit STILL. I break all the parenting rules by BRIBING my girls with a ride on the carrousel & a hotdog on a stick.
All for a picture in a Halloween Costume!

WonderWoman - Bethany
BatGirl - Isabelle

Tara, your girls look DARLING!!! I love that you take them in to get their pics with their costumes! Enjoy it while they are little, I used to take mine in, but they are getting too old now! I love the "super hero" theme! Where did you find a "pink" batgirl costume??? I am just dying! Brinley is batgirl too, but the traditional black one. She would have loved the pink! But Aunt Sonnie is matching her this year and they both get to be the same batgirl together! Brin is way excited! I can't believe Halloween is this Friday! Sorry we never got to go to Gardner Village... maybe next year!
Lots of work but sooooo cute, they are adorable.
Love ya all

So Cute. You never let us down...and the mom of the super heros? Tara the Great...
But, isn't it all worth it. The pics are great and so are the costumes.
Tara, those pics are darling. I didn't realize you took them for pics on Halloween. After being with them at Bear Lake we got to know them better and they are delightful. Love you much, Aunt Laurie
Tara, But at least you try! I don't even try. And your pics turned out great--everyone still, smiling, beautiful. T wouldn't even put his costume on, so the only pic I had is of him pulling it off and screaming, until I convinced him to show grandpa, and I think I got one pic. Way to go, supermom!
Wow... I need a nap after reading that! They are adorable.
Hey Tara,
Did you go to Disneyland? It has been way to long since we have talked. Let's get together in November. I still have your birthday gift. You always crack me up, the way you go all out for everything. I have posted tons on my blog, so check it out and leave a comment. I feel so unpopular. I am lucky if I get one comment. Give me a ring when you can. Way cute costumes.
